1. Warranty Coverage
All AISNN products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
Unauthorized disassembly or modification
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or man-made damage
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
2. Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for defective items that have been opened.
Returns for non-defective items that have been opened cannot be accepted.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The request must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
The product must have a verified order number or proof of purchase from www.aisnnvibe.com.
The defect must be confirmed through our customer service team.
